Our team
Medical Director Dr Mike Richards
Mike provides clinical leadership as medical director for Devon Doctors Ltd and Devon Health Ltd.
He is a partner at Albany Street surgery in Newton Abbot, and LMC treasurer and Board member.
Chief Executive Chris Wright
Chris also leads Devon Health’s development as a high quality, patient-focused organisation providing a variety of healthcare services. Chris is the chief executive of Devon Doctors Ltd, and previously held senior managerial and director level provider and commissioning roles within the local NHS. Chris is committed to NHS values and the social enterprise business model.
Integrated Healthcare Manager Kate Lock
Kate manages Devon Health’s prison services, working closely with Devon Partnership Trust. She held previous roles at East Devon PCT/PCT in health improvement, service improvement, health and social care manager, and GP contracts. Kate is a qualified nurse with experience including district nursing, and working in Palestine educating health workers.
Pauline Thayre
Pauline manages the Devon Primary Link team, which provides call handling expertise and administrative support for local dental healthcare services. She is responsible for ensuring the team provides a seamless pathway for service users and health professionals.
Pauline previously worked for the Bank of Japan in the City of London, gaining a high level of customer service skills.
